  23. ORDER_ITEMS_DETAILS_ASTABLE: Will be replaced with the ordered items using a table layout showing the quantities, options, item names, sku numbers, manufacturers, prices, discounts, and more.
  24. ORDER_CUSTOM_FIELDS: Will automatically be replaced with the values of the Custom Check Out Fields from the order's check out form.
  25. ORDER_ADDITIONAL_INFO: Will automatically be replaced with the value of the Additional Information/Instructions field from the order's check out form.

  36. ORDER_EXTERNAL_TRANSID : Will automatically be replaced with the transaction id of the order in the external payment gateway.
