|
|
I have several products that have an additional charge attached to a certain color, its no longer working. Did the format change with the new upgrade? _________________ Stephanie Elie

| I'm not aware of any changes to the option price calculation. Please provide a product number for one of the products in question. |

Regarding Product Number: 100401
URL: http://www.lalababyboutique.com/my-first-scrubs-blue-1045-prd1.htm
All the "option groups" created for the product have a setting of "use different prices" set to "no".
In order for the option selected by the customer to affect the price, you should change the "use different prices" setting to "yes" for the option group(s) that should affect the price of the product.
Additionally, you should enter an "Option Price" for those options that should cause an increase in price. |

You can keep the main product price to be $28 and then create an option gorup with setting "Use Different Prices" = yes. Also you need to have the "Accumulate Product's Base Price" = yes for the product.
If you have the above then create options and assign them to the option group that uses prices and specify their selling price, for example $10.
If you do the above then when they select the option then the $10 will be added to the main price of $28 and that you will be charging for in the cart. _________________ Stanimir Stanev (Stanley)

I changed that product for you. Please look what changes (for the additional price) I made and you can use the same idea in future. _________________ Stanimir Stanev (Stanley)
