We purchased this company last summer. For the first time I am trying to change an image on the home page. The path of the current picture is ....images_templ.... How do I upload the image I want to this folder?

I've looked in Other~Files/Reposity and there is nothing setup. I synchronized and still get nothing. Am I on the right path?

Thanks!
Kathy

the files under your website's images_templ folder can be managed via the WebSite/HelperFiles function

How do I manage files in the media folder? I've noticed some of our links to images are www.filmsourceinc.com/media/****.gif. None of these images are appearing. How do I get to this folder?
Thanks!
Kathy

The "media" foder is not controlled by SearchFit. Someone added that folder using FTP and it's not the intended way to store files on a SearchFit generated site. You could:

1. Use an FTP program to modify the images in the folder.

OR

2. Download the images from the "media" folder and upload them to a folder controlled by SearchFit using the SearchFit Control Panel (NOT ftp software). Folders controlled by SearchFit can be accessed on the "File Storage" or "Dynamic File Storage" screen.
