Is there a way to export category information?
I'd like the category id, name and url.

You can find the "Export Product Template" examples by:
1. Go to the "Design Tab".
2. Click the "Template Storage" icon. The Template Storage screen will appear.
3. Choose "Export Products" from the "Template" select box.
4. Click the "New Template" link. A text area will appear.
5. Click the "Examples" link on the left side of the text area.
6. A popup window containing the Export Product Template examples will appear.
Here is an example of an Export Product Template that Exports Category ID, Name and URL:
