| I got a call today from a customer with a special charachter in her name (D'vorah). She got message about Database errors in checkout page 3 and the order never completed. |

What website is this happening on? Because I tried "D'vorah" and it worked on my demo store.

Strange, I just placed an order at your store and entered D'vorah for most of the fields and it worked just great. You can delete that order of mine.

I did not try it, I reported this issue based on customer complaint.
It is possible that the problem was on her side.
