changes and new features

1. NEW FEATURE: product's options have new functions "EDIT ALL" and "DEL ALL"
2. NEW FEATURE: the order numbers can be formatted using the {date:xyz} formatting (see the help)
3. NEW FEATURE: added 9 additional generic product's properties that can be imported, exported, and generated
4. NEW FEATURE: added "Search by FileName" functions for the ImagesTempl and FilesRepos features
5. NEW FEATURE: the deletion of a CategoryType deletes all Categories, SubCategories, and Products under the deleted CategoryType. The deletion of a Category deletes all SubCategories and Products under the deleted Category.
5. NEW FEATURE: new keywords can be used in the products' templates:
a) AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_METATAG_TITLE
b) AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_METATAG_DESCRIPTION
c) AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_METATAG_KEYWORDS
6. NEW FEATURE: added the following 2 templates that are actually part of the product template:
a) Separator Header Template
b) Separator Footer Template
This allows more flexible way of designing layouts that have separators.
7. NEW FEATURE: new keywords can be used in the main templates:
a) AUTO_GENERATED_METATAG_CONTENT_KEYWORDS
8. NEW FEATURE: new keywords can be used in the export orders template (see the help):
a) <foreach_option>, </foreach_option>
b) ORDER_ITEM_OPTION_NUMBER, ORDER_ITEM_OPTION_NAME
c) ORDER_ITEM_OPTION_QTY, ORDER_ITEM_OPTION_PRICE,
d) ORDER_ITEM_OPTION_PRICE_TOTAL
9. NEW FEATURE: added functions for group of category types:
a) Update Foreign IDs
b) Update Meta Tags
c) Update Names of web pages
10. NEW FEATURE: support of "related products" feature
11. NEW FEATURE: added new options to the "configuration per user":
a) CategoryType: Product Template: the default product template for all category types that do not have such a template assigned
b) CategoryType: Related Product Template: the default related product template for all category types that do not have such a template assigned
12. CHANGE: if importing existing Categories/SubCategories then the CategoryType's ID is not required anymore
13. CHANGE: the product's big description length limitation is changed from 64KB to 16MB
14. CHANGE: the max size of the eProduct's file is changed from 10MB to 25MB
15. CHANGE: the max size of the files in the files repository is changed from 1MB to 10MB
16. CHANGE: the length of the SortBy fields for all records was changed from 2 to 3 characters
17. BUG FIXED: the orders were failing if the name of the customer's company had an apostrophe
18. BUG FIXED: the removal of a "Categories Pages" template was not affecting the categories that were using the removed template
19. BUG FIXED: there was a generation problem with configuration like
Columns under CategoryType Menu = 2 (or more)
Categories : on the menu = Expand Never

this requirement came from some new stores, they have some data in the import files that they wanted to import to SearchFit as separate fields in order to show them appropriately on the generated pages
look at this generated page for example:
http://66.240.194.221/zoloft_137_ctg.htm
notice that the columns Treats, Pill Count, Amount, Pill Type are actually 5 of those 9 fields that the customer has imported and created a template to show them this way
