changes and new features

1. NEW FEATURE: the engine that renders the scart template top and scart template bottom is checking for existing <html>, </html>, <head>, </head>, <body>, and </body> tags in the templates and will not duplicate them if they exist.

2. NEW FEATURE: the export of the orders now supports two more fields that can be used in the templates:
ORDER_INFO_ADDITIONAL : order's additional information/instructions
ORDER_INFO_CUSTOMFIELDS : order's customized fields

3. NEW FEATURE: support of browse by alphabet

4. CHANGE: Enter price 0.00 for the price of an option if you would like to have the base price of the product. Enter price 0.01 for the price of an option if you would like to have zero price.

5. NEW FEATURE: support of members. Customers may register and become members. The returning members may login and use functions like "Account Summary", "View Account Activity", "Check Order Status", "Change Personal Information", "Change Security Information", "Change Mailing Address", "Check Out". We are still working on some more members functions like "Wish List".

6. NEW FEATURE: more fields like Product's ID, Product's foreign ID, Product's options, Product's metatags can be exported using the export product feature (see the help)

7. NEW FEATURE: support of custom web links/pages that collect visitor's info, send an email to the SearchFit's user, and subscribe the visitor to the mailing list (see the custom web links examples)

8. NEW FEATURE: the export orders engine supports the export of firstname and lastname of the customers separated from the fullname (in request to extend the support of exports to QuickBooks)

9. NEW FEATURE: sort# can be imported using the import products feature

10. NEW FEATURE: the export products engine was extended to support exports that have newlines stripped in the exported products' descriptions

11. NEW FEATURE: (Categories : show descriptions). Added a new field to the configuration per user, which allows the user of SearchFit to select whether or not the descriptions of the categories are shown on the products pages.

12. BUG FIXED: if the shopping cart info (items count and totals) is shown two or more times on the generated pages, then only the first one was updated if the buyer adds an item to the cart (clicked on "Add to Cart").

13. CHANGE: a dropshipping email will be sent to the vendors (if any) responsible for an order in case the user of SearchFit changes the status of the order from UNPAID to PAID. If the Order is placed with a status UNPAID then no emails will be sent at the time of placement.

14. CHANGE: if customer orders an eProduct and if the configured creditcard processor accepts the payment then the download of the eProduct is automatically enabled.

15. NEW FEATURE: while reviewing an order, the user of SearchFit may send corresponding emails to admins, customer, vendors. This feature comes in request of users that would like to resend emails to their customers (in case of a lost email for example)

16. NEW FEATURE: support of 4 more credit cards: Delta, Solo, Switch, and Visa Electron (in request of customers in Europe)

17. NEW FEATURE: (SiteMap : max Products per page) added a new field to the configuration per user, which enables a split of the sitemap, generating multiple pages (in request of customers that have big amount of generated pages, therefore the generated page for the sitemap becomes huge if it is only one)

18. NEW FEATURE: the products' options can be generated as radio buttons in addition to checkboxes and dropdowns

19. NEW FEATURE: (New Products To All Users) added a new field to the configuration per ALL users, which tells the system whether to assign or not all new products that the user is creating to all customized users, but not only to the selected customized one. This feature works ONLY if the selected user has store that is customized.

20. NEW FEATURE: the custom fields (if any) that are shown on the checkout page can be grouped by workgroups. The workgroup makes possible only one field to be shown if multiple custom fields with the same workgroup are about to be visible on the checkout page because of the selected products.

21. NEW FEATURE: the custom fields that are created to collect extra information from the customers on the checkout page now can be assigned per product. This is an addition to the available feature that allows assignment to categorytype and category.

22. NEW FEATURE: the user of searchfit can create a group of advanced custom fields that will be shown to the buyer on the checkout page. The advanced custom fields are any of the html form fields like radio buttons, checkboxes, textareas, textfields, select fields, This gives freedom any questions in any format to be asked on the checkout page (refer to the examples).

23. NEW FEATURE: the extension of the generated files can be selected to be .php in addition to .html and .htm
