changes and new features

1. NEW FEATURES: the shipping phone can be hidden, shown, or shown (required) on the 2nd checkout page via Configuration/PerUser.

2. NEW FEATURE: new CSS items for the CSSMain of the generated website:
a) categories_path - style for the "category > category > category" paths

3. NEW FEATURE: hover the mouse over the vendor icon (in case of dropshipping) while reviewing an order and see information about the vendor like name, phone, email

4. NEW FEATURE: products can be assigned to a coupon and be given specific discounts

5. NEW FEATURE: PayPal IPN (http://www.paypal.com/ipn)

6. NEW FEATURE: Webpage/URL can be assigned to a manufacturer, new template keyword is available (AUTO_GENERATED_TOOL_MANUFACTURERS) that generates dropdown of all manufacturers. It redirects the visitor to the assigned Webpage/URL of the selected manufacturer.

7. CHANGE: changed "Category Template" to "Web Page Template", changed "Category CSS" to "Web Page CSS"

8. CHANGE: the store owner is able to mark group of product options as required. This now work for groups of CheckBoxes and RadioButtons as well.

9. CHANGE: all new users will have missing.html custom webpage with the following header by default:

<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="noindex">

10. CHANGE: improved the performance of exporting huge amount of products and orders

11. BUG FIXED: show the country dropdown together with the ZIP code on the 1st checkout page if there is a shipping method with assigned "non-USA" country

12. BUG FIXED: the "This Product has Related Products" product property was automatically turned off when any form of an update to the product occurs

13. BUG FIXED: the "Custom Menu" dropdown on the WebSite/CustomLinks page did not contain all items
