changes and new features

1. NEW FEATURE: the functions of group of categories now can be applied to all categories in the store at once. This helps for quicker changes than doing that for categories per category type.

2. NEW FEATURE: members can specify their birthday and gender, store owners can search for members with specific birthdays and gender

3. NEW FEATURE: new keywords can be used in the export orders template (see the help):
a) ORDER_ITEM_PRICE_NOOPTIONS
b) ORDER_ITEM_PRICE_TOTAL_NOOPTIONS

4. NEW FEATURE: new keywords can be used in the products' templates:
a) AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_IMAGE_URL

5. NEW FEATURE: discounts can be configured to be granted maximum X times per Y minutes

6. NEW FEATURE: discounts can be configured to be granted maximum X times per Y minutes per a member

7. BUG FIXED: there was a problem with the prices when adding related products to the cart in case the main product has options shown on the generated page
