changes and new features

1. CHANGE: the FULL order number is included in the subject of the the email sent to the buyer

2. NEW FEATURE: (Order's Number Format) added a new field to the configuration per user, which allows the user of SearchFit to customize the format of the order numbers. If this field is empty SearchFit will use the default formatting.

3. NEW FEATURE: (Enclose Product's Name With) added a new field to the configuration per user, which allows the user of SearchFit to generate his product webpages having the product names enclosed with <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, <h4>, <h5>, or <h6> tag. Helps for better ranking.

4. NEW FEATURE: (Verify CreditCard's last 8 digits) added a new field to the configuration per user, which allows the user of SearchFit to set on/off the verification of the last 8 CreditCard's digits when the Customer uses "Check Order Status" and "eProduct Download" functions.

5. NEW FEATURE: (Show CompanyName and Fax Fields) added a new field to the configuration per user, which allows the user of SearchFit to ask for the buyer's CompanyName and Fax on the check out page.

6. NEW FEATURE: SearchFit now supports DropShipping!

7. NEW FEATURE: added a new type of user: Vendor. There is no limitation about the number of the users of type Vendor. The only limitation is that a web site can not be generated for such a user. These types of users are usually created for the DropShipping feature.

8. CHANGE: new menu with name "S&H". It contains three (3) menu items: "S&H Methods", "S&H Fees", and "Drop Shipping"

9, CHANGE: the users' dropdown at the top-right of every Admin page now contains the roles of the users

10. NEW FEATURE: (Store Name) added a new field to the configuration per user, which allows the user of SearchFit to enter the name his Store. This name will be used for the orders, emails, etc.

11. CHANGE: the EmailFrom of all emails sent to the buyers have the email address of the SearchFit's user

12. NEW FEATURE: support of "Authorize Only" and "Authorize and Mark for Capture" transaction types for all real-time creditcard peyment gateways

13. NEW FEATURE: the name of the person placed an order is now shown on the main page of the orders. The user of SearchFit is able to search orders by customer name also.

14. BUG FIXED: options that are using the base weight of a product were not adding it to the total weight of the order.
Warning! Enter weight 0.00 for the weight of an option if you would like to have the base weight of the product.
Warning! Enter weight 0.01 for the weight of an option if you would like to have zero weight.

15. NEW FEATURE: (Show Product Option's Weight) added a new option to the configuration per user, which allows the user of SearchFit to show/hide the product options' weights (if any) when the buyer places a product with options in his cart

16. NEW FEATURE: the prices of the options now can be hidden both on the generated and cart's pages.

17. NEW FEATURE: the standard import now supports importing categorytypes, categories, subcategories, products, and options. The import could be used to create new records as well as to update existing ones. Vendors could be imported and assigned to products for DropShipping. These features are implemented exclusively fot 2officesupplies.com. Up to three (3) customized fields from the products' import file could be appended to the brief and detailed descriptions of the importing products.

18. BUG FIXED: if a SearchFit's user manages all mailing lists for all users and sends an email to all subscribers then the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email was not correct for some users

19. CHANGE: the header of the email that the system sends to the subscribers of the mailing list is changed from "Hello [lastname, firstname]..." to "Hello [firstname lastname]..."

20. NEW FEATURE: added a new order's status: "Cancelled"

21. NEW FEATURE: the users of SearchFit are now able to edit ALL shown products on the main products page and change product numbers, names, selling prices, user price differences, and sort numbers with a click of a button

22. NEW FEATURE: the ORDER_PAYMENT_METHOD now can be exported together with the other properties of an order

23. CHANGE: the import "Customized 1" engine now replaces the following characters that have meaning in MAC's FileMakePro
replaces chr(170) with TradeMark symbol
replaces chr(209) with --
replaces chr(168) with RegiseredMark symbol

24. NEW FEATURE: product's options now can be shown in a different layouts. Two layouts are available:
1. DropDown per Group of Options
2. CheckBox per Option
Every option may have ListPrice and Picture assigned to it, that will be shown in case the layout is selected to be "CheckBox per Option"

25. NEW FEATURE: if real-time S&H method is enabled and the buyer has selected it, then the order can not be placed if the S&H fee is 0 (zero). Messages like "ZIP is invalid", "Service not available for the address" and others are shown to the buyer.

26. NEW FEATURE: PaymenTech: ScotiaMerchant credit card processor is now supported by searchfit

27. NEW FEATURE: the real-time estimation of the shipping fee can be adjusted by percent or amount or both

28. NEW FEATURE: S&H method can be limited to work with a particular Country
