Adding a Text Field to option

How do I get the text field I added to the option to appear? Here is the product I am referring to. It's missing a text field that allows the customer to put in a name.

To show modify an Option Group in order to show a Text Field Per Option:

1. Go to the "Products" tab | "Products" screen.
2. Browse or Search for the desired Product (My First Scrubs Blue). Click the "Edit" link corresponding to that Product. The "Edit Product" form will load.
3. Click the "Options" tab. The Options tab will appear.
4. Click the "Edit" link corresponding to the Option group which you would like to have show a text field.
5. Choose "Text Field Per Option" from the "Layout" setting.
6. Click the "Save" button
7. Generate

Thank you. that is exactly what i did. However the text field is not showing up on the actual page.

There is a text field that is supposed to appear so the customer can type what they want in the custimazation. I have already followed these steps and even generated.

Elie,

you have created a option group called "Please enter exactly what you would like to be embroidered", but you need to create an option with appropriate name and assign it to that group.

then just click "Test" to test the product with the options and if all looks good then generate...
