PayPal double charge

I'm not sure if this is an error on paypal or a glitch in the system. On two separate occasions when I recieve paypal orders the customer is getting charged twice.

Should i be contacting Paypal for this problem

Can you give the order number that has been charged twice? I'd like to see the transaction history.

Looks like this customer has tried to place twice the order. First on Oct 01, 2008; 05:00pm PDT and second on Oct 02, 2008; 08:16am PDT. We have not gotten a notification from PayPal that the 1st order has been completed, so I cannot tell why customer has been charged twice. Based on our records, only the 2nd order has been finalized by the customer and funds are reserved.

You need to verify your PayPal account for transactions from this customer around those dates above.
