|
|
I’ve had a serviceuser setup, and when I login I cannot see any of the orders that have been placed.
Only my ChiefAdmin can see orders.
How can I have multiple users see the orders?
I must be missing something sooo simple!
Thanks in advance. |

To allow your Service User to view orders:
1. Login to your SearchFit Control Panel. Make sure that your Service User is selected from the "Select User" select box on the upper right.
2. Click the "Settings" tab. The "Settings" screen will appear.
3. Click the "Per User" icon. The "Per User" screen will appear.
4. Click the "Orders" tab. The "Orders" tab content will appear.
5. Locate the setting "Manage All Orders". Select "Yes"
6. Click the Update Button.
Now, when you visit the "Orders" screen while logged in as the Service User, you will be able to see all orders. |

| I've done this before - no change. Will it show me past orders? I haven't had any orders since I changed this to yes. |

If "Manage All Orders" is set to "Yes", then you should be able to view past orders.
I will take a look at your Control Panel settings if you let me know your website URL. |

In Order for the Per User "Manage All Orders: Yes" to take effect, the Service User must not be specified as a "Seller".
You may specify a Service User as a Seller (or not) by adjusting the "is seller" setting that appears on the User Screen (after clicking the "Edit" link next to the corresponding Service User).
So.... If you switch the "is seller" setting to "no", then your Service User will be able to view all orders. Otherwise, she will be able to view only the orders she placed herself (using the "Seller Login" option in the "My Choices" select box that appears on the upper right of your checkout pages). |
