I am only shipping to Canada and United States is there a way to remove the rest of the countries in the checkout fields to eliminate any confusion to customers.

Hi Stephanie, I am sorry for the delayed response, here is what you can do:
1. go to Settings/ShippingZones
2. create a new shipping zone, give it a name and select the countries in the zone
3. go to Settings/ConfigurPerUser/Orders
4. select the created zone for the "Allowed Shipping Zone" dropdown and update
5. go to your checkout pages and test it

Thank you that worked great. Maybe you can help me with my other problem. I currently am using flat fee shipping for my website but I would like to add a different flat fee for orders to Canada.
Tim gave me instructions on how to get this work but, its still not working. I'm probably doing something wrong but if you could offer some assitance that would be great. I would like the shipping to Canada to be a flat rate of $20.

You can go to Settings/ShippingDetails, select your shipping method, and add a new Shipping fee where the GREATER THAN = 0 and LESS OR EQUAL THAN = 1000000 and SHIPPING FEE = 20
If you want to have a shipping fee for US of $10 and for Canada $20 then enter the SHIPPING FEE = 10 then select "Fees Country Adjustment" and add 2 for adjustment for Canada, which will make it twice more expensive than the regular shipping of $10

This still isn't working I made the adjustment but someone just placed an order to canada and the shipping difference did not appear.
Can I get someone to please take a look and see if I'm doing something wrong.

We just changed your server and fixed the processing when using the default shipping method with adjustment by country.
Can you please try yourself? You should be able to see the difference on the 1st checkout page when you select to ship to USA or Canada.
Also, I noticed that you have configured things, so you don't charge shipping fee for orders that are bigger than $99. Just wanted to make sure you are aware of that.
