changes and new features

1. BUG FIX: the discount per product was not working only for the product, but for all the products by mistake

2. BUG FIX: if a discount is given to a product then all products of type link to it have the discount as well

3. BUG FIX: the generation of the categorytype menus because of the keywords AUTO_GENERATED_MENU_CATEGORYTYPE_id were not correct if the AUTO_GENERATED_MENU_MAIN keyword was not in the template. Basically these are websites that are generating specific categorytype menus instead of all menus

4. NEW FEATURE: show the elapsed time of the transfer of the generated website through FTP (if using FTP transfer)

5. NEW FEATURE: SearchFit sends the buyer's IP address to authorize.net, which allows the authorize.net's IP blocker to take affect

6. NEW FEATURE: added a new user's role "Reseller" for all resellers of SearchFit. The "Reseller" is a one level above the ChiefAdmin.

7. NEW FEATURE: when the buyer clicks on the "Finalize Order Now" link/button that is on the last checkout page then it will be changed immediately to "Please Wait! Processing...". This prevents double clicking, thus creditcards overdraft problem.

8. CHANGE: seems like UPS, USPS, FedEx do not accept weights less that 0.1 lb, so we have changed our engine to submit a minimun of 0.1 lb as the weight of the order

9. NEW FEATURE: added "Accumulate Product's Base Weight" property on the product's options page. This enables the base weight of the product to be accumulated together with the options' weights.

10. NEW FEATURE: the import products feature has new properties:
- a) brief description (additional 1)
- b) detail description (additional 1)
- c) for options: list prices
- d) for options: Options Groups Layout
- e) for options: Accumulate Product's Base Weight

11. NEW FEATURE: support of freight products. Supports calculation of the freight rates based on vendors as well.

12. NEW FEATURE: (for webdesigners only) javascript functions for every menuitem's onmouseover and onmouseout can be included in the templates to implement some tricky javascripts (an example of such an implementation can be seen at http://www.casesbysource.com). Bellow are the signatures of the functions:

13. NEW FEATURE: a new keyword AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_SPECIALTIES can be used in the product's templates. This keyword will be reaplaced with the names of all specialties (discounts) available for the generating product. Notice! All specialties with empty names will not be shown.
