changes and new features

1. NEW: integrated with Korta (www.korta.is) payment gateway to better serve customers in Iceland

2. NEW: the system now supports "Upsell Products" feature. Upsell products can be assigned to any product. When the product is added to the cart then the assigned upsell products will be shown on the upsell pages, so buyers can add them to the cart as well. Ability to import/export upsell products. The new "Upsell: product template" property at Configure/PerUser/DynamicPages allows a product template to be selected for the upsell products that are shown on the upsell page. By default, this property takes the template that is selected for the "Search: product template" property. The new "Upsell: max products" property at Configure/PerUser/DynamicPages allows the store owner to configure the maximum number of upsell products that are going to be shown on the upsell page.

2. NEW: new tags available for the checkout top and bottom templates:
a) <scart_page_checkout_upsell> and </scart_page_checkout_upsell> - the content between these tags will be shown on the upsell products page

3. NEW: the system now supports "Promotion Products" feature. Promotion products are predefined group of products where randomly selected number of them are shown on the 1st checkout page as a dynamic panel for sale. The new "Promotion: group of products" property at Configure/PerUser/DynamicPages allows the promotion group of products to be selected. The new "Promotion: max products" property at Configure/PerUser/DynamicPages allows the maxinum number of randomly selected products that are to be shown together to be specified. The new "Promotion: panel width" property at Configure/PerUser/DynamicPages allows a predefined width of the dynamic panel to be chosen. Enter width 0 to ask the rendering engine to calculate the width for you, but test it for best results.

4. NEW: the search term generated pages have a meta description that has up to 25 words and it is constructed by the search term itself and the manufacturer and category names that the shown products belong to. The pages now have a content header that has an H1 tag, which is the same as the meta description.

5. NEW: the following new discount types were added:
a) Discounts (applied to the entire order for selected products)
b) Discounts (applied to the entire order for selected manufacturer)

6. NEW: on the admin pages, date fields have a new onclick action that shows a calendar window for easier date selection

7. NEW: the new "Use Product # To Update By" property at the import products form allows the import to update multiple products that have the same product number. The import will first try to find the products by product number and update them. If no products are found then the import will create the product as before.

8. NEW: ability to include additional product properties like product foreignId, manufacturer, and SKU on the printable order window

9. NEW: the new "SiteMap: include Product Tabs" configuration per user specifies whether links to product tabs are included in the sitemap or not. The default is "No".

10. NEW: new keywords available for the export product template:
a) PRODUCT_DATE_CREATED: date when the product was created (format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss)
b) PRODUCT_DATE_MODIFIED: date when the product was modified (format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss)

11. NEW: implemented new PUBLISH_WEBSITE advanced FTP method to compress+transfer+uncompress websites to remote FTP servers. To allow this method public_html must be owned by the webserver user (like apache) and folder with name publish_website must exist under public_html in 777 mode.

12. NEW: show "Click Here to Print This Page" link on the printable view of the products

13. NEW: ability to export/import product's "Flat Shipping Fee"

14. NEW: the category types are having a new property "content below categories", which will be shown (if not empty) below the categories on the category type pages. Ability to import the new property.

15. NEW: the new ORDER_ITEM_OPTION_VALUE keyword for the export order templates helps exporting entered by buyers values of options shown as textfields

16. NEW: the new Inventory Control choice at Configure/PerUser/Store with name "Enabled: allow orders with out of stock items, show backorder message" allows all items that are out of stock to become orderable, but a backordered message will be shown on the checkout pages to mark them as such

17. CHANGE: tab names are shown for generated product tab links on the sitemap

18. CHANGE: slightly improved position of some links on the 1st checkout page

19. CHANGE: changed the available discount names to:
a) Coupons (applied to the entire order for selected products)
b) Coupons (applied to the entire order for selected manufacturer)
c) Discounts (applied per product)
d) Discounts (applied per manufacturer)
e) Discounts (applied per group of products)

20. CHANGE: for PayPal Pro, as per the discussion with PayPal, changed their PayPal PHP API to send CVNum instead of the old CVV2 XML element in the SOAP request (requires SF plugin upgrade)

21. FIX: there was a problem with some generated tools when the main template is empty

22. FIX: specified sort number was not importing for new product links

23. FIX: the credit card image that combines available credit cards was broken

24. FIX: web services had credentials denial defect

25. FIX: defect with the keyword that shows the product price with tax for the default country of the store

26. FIX: active product links that link to inactive products were not showing as related products

27. FIX: the export products function was exporting related product internal ids instead of foreign ids

28. FIX: the sitemap of a user included links to search terms that were belonging to other users

29. FIX: the additional functions for the customize store feature were shown only if manufacturers were available
