changes and new features

1. NEW: the following keywords are now supported for related products:
a) AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_LINK_ADD2WISHLIST: "Add to WishList" link
b) AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_LINK_MOVE2CART: "Add to Cart" link
c) AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_LINK_ADD2CART: "Buy Now" link
d) AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_URL_ADD2WISHLIST: the URL of the "Add to WishList" link
e) AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_URL_MOVE2CART: the URL of the "Add to Cart" link
f) AUTO_GENERATED_PRODUCT_URL_ADD2CART: the URL of the "Buy Now" link

2. NEW: if javascript function with signature "onsubmit_add2cart(aForm)" is defined then it will be invoked every time when the buyer adds or moves an item to the cart

3. NEW: show the username on generation page of the user that has last generated the website

4. NEW: if web page names are fully customized using the "=" prefix then the values are not converted to lowercase, but kept the way they are entered

5. CHANGE: better handle of dropdowns with huge amount of products under a single category on the admin pages

6. CHANGE: if google checkout is selected then show google checkout icon on the 1st checkout page and google checkout button on the 3rd checkout page

7. CHANGE: (customized import 1) if importing products of type links then the import engine checks if there is a link to the source product under the target category and does not create a new link if there is one already

8. CHANGE: for paypal transactions, the store owner is able to specify whether the shipping fee will be submitted as part of the total amount or a separate paypal shipping field

9. CHANGE: increased the length of the "Allow Domain Extensions" and "Deny Domain Extensions" properties to 1000 characters

10. CHANGE: the "Terms and Conditions" section on the 2nd checkout page shows the "Click to Review" link close to the "Agree" checkbox

11. CHANGE: enhanced the scart top and bottom templates to better handle an include tag within an include tag

12. FIXED: some servers were having problems with the subscribe scripts when the current directory was not in the include path by default

13. FIXED: import vendors was giving "Missing argument 38 for update()" error

14. FIXED: adding vendor via import was creating the vendor with a wrong role
